Yes. System Design mocks use live voice and an interactive architecture whiteboard. Coding and DSA mocks use LeetCode-style algorithm problems in a nine-language editor (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C++, C#, Go, Rust and Kotlin) with adaptive follow-ups and evidence-based feedback. EngMock is independent and is not affiliated with LeetCode.
A round where you are expected to use AI. You work in a multi-file repository with EngMock’s own coding assistant, the only AI that counts, and the interview judges how you direct it, review and verify its work, and explain the final code, from your code, your runs, your conversation with EngMock’s assistant and what you explain to the interviewer.
Yes. In My Scenarios you can write a scenario or let AI draft one from a question or your notes, then practice it live. Custom scenarios can be system design, algorithm, object-oriented design or AI-assisted coding interviews. Creating new scenarios needs interview credits or the Unlimited plan.
Yes. EngMock has an MCP server. Connect an MCP client, such as Claude, Codex or GitHub Copilot, to create scenarios, read your interview reports and progress, and get a mock interview suggested from the catalog with its setup link, a checklist and the cost. You start the interview itself on the website. This is separate from the AI-assisted coding track, where you code with an AI assistant during the interview itself.
Yes, in VS Code mode (preview). For algorithm, object-oriented design and AI-assisted coding questions you can write and run code in your own VS Code through the EngMock extension while the voice interview stays in the browser. Inline completion from your editor (for example GitHub Copilot suggestions) is allowed; AI chat assistants and agents are not. In AI-assisted coding interviews, EngMock’s assistant opens beside your code.
A score out of 10 for each skill, an overall score out of 100 and a result against the target level, quotes from your answers and a replay of the session.
Live Mock Interviews are timed, interactive sessions with an AI interviewer and an evidence-based report. The Candidate-Reported Question Bank is a separate collection of paraphrased interview patterns for research and preparation, without published solutions.

No. Interview credit packs are one-time purchases. The Unlimited plan is the only subscription and it is optional: US$9.99 a month, renewing until you cancel, for unlimited interviews on your own Gemini API key.
