Welcome to EngMock.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of EngMock.com constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

EngMock.com provides AI-powered technical mock interviews and a candidate-reported Question Bank. Features include live interview workspaces, an AI interviewer, session evaluation, and time-limited access to digital question content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in via a supported authentication provider. Accounts and purchased access are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. One-Time Purchases and Credits

• Credits: EngMock.com uses a credit-based system for interviews. Credits are deducted when a session is started.
• Question Bank access: Access lasts until the exact expiry time shown in your account. Multiple eligible purchases may extend that time.
• Purchases: Purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe and do not automatically renew. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Refunds and disputes: Digital content and consumed interview credits are generally non-refundable. If a payment is refunded or disputed, unused credits and Question Bank access associated with that payment may be frozen or revoked. Please contact support for exceptional cases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or "jailbreak" our AI interviewer.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Automate access to the service or "scrape" its content.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided whiteboard designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of EngMock.com.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the whiteboard designs and transcripts generated during your sessions. However, by using the service, you grant EngMock.com a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing AI feedback and improving the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EngMock.com, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the service.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI evaluations will perfectly reflect actual interview outcomes or that the service will be error-free at all times.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
