How to prepare for this interview pattern
Treat this community report as a directional signal, not a guaranteed employer question. Rehearse the underlying skill, explain your decisions aloud, and be ready for a different prompt that tests the same competency.
Practice the format
Clarify constraints, explain a baseline and optimized approach, implement readable code, test edge cases, and state time and space complexity.
Calibrate the difficulty
This entry is labelled Medium. Build a correct baseline first, then add stronger edge-case, scale, testing, and trade-off reasoning for more senior roles.
Check the evidence date
The most recent recorded report is 2026-03-21. Interview loops change, so confirm current instructions with your recruiter.

This entry records a community-reported interview pattern. It is not an official question from the employer, and private reporting sources are never displayed.
